HR Generalist - Bowling Green, Ohio (work setup to be confirmed)

 

Compensation: Up to $80,000 base salary, no bonus.

 

We are seeking a hands-on HR Generalist with ADP experience, a bachelor's degree, and preferably a manufacturing background. Experience supporting day-to-day HR activities: employee relations, onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and HRIS administration.

 

The client will also consider candidates from accounting/payroll with ADP experience and a clear motivation to transition into HR.
